Little extras... without the extra expense
FREE cling wrap service.
We will cling wrap sofas, mattresses, tables... in fact any delicate item in need of a little extra protection, at no extra cost. Just speak to your driver on the day, if you have any items in need of special care.
FREE dismantling and re-assembly.
While it's best that any furniture properly packed and ready for relocation, if you have any tricky items you are struggling with on the day, we will do our best to help with any dis-assembly required for prior to removal.
We'll even help get everything back into one piece at the other end... all at no extra cost.
Who's my driver? What time did we say??
FREE text confirmation on all bookings.
We'll send a text confirmation before your appointment with contact details of the Gorilla Vans Team Member and details of your collection point, completely free of charge.

How far are you able to move me?
We give an allocation of 20 miles per hour of hire and have found this to be plenty for most of our customers. However, if you're planning on going further afield, additinal mileage is available at £5 per block of 10 miles required.
We we calculate the cost of any additional mileage and add to the total at the point of payment.
I'm not sure how much time I'll need...
Don't worry, if we know what you need to move and where it's going, we can give you some guidance.
We're always happy to allocate some extra time to be safe but we'll only ever charge you for the time you use.
How big are your vans?
We use two vehicle sizes to make sure you have the right one for you.
Our Large Vans have a load capacity of 8m³, selected for their versatility and capacity - the MWB, high roof transit.

Our Extra Large Vans are the "Luton" style van typically associated with removals. They have a huge 18m³ capcity and a tail lift for those really large loads and long distancs moves.

Will I be charged if I run over time?
Again, don't worry. We allow up to 15 mins over run for each appointment before you'll need to pay for an additional hour.
Plus, we will keep you informed of progress to make sure you stay in control of your budget.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept various methods of payments for your convenience.
If you intend to pay on the day, we can accept cash, debit or credit cards.
If you would like to pay by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer, please ensure payment is cleared 24 hours before your appointment. Contact us for payment details.
Please note: a 5% transaction fee is applicable to PayPal and card payments.
